Processing Time: We offer same-day processing for all orders placed before 6 PM EST.

Delivery Information

FedEx Ground Shipping: Our shipping timeframe is 5 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that there may be delays in shipping during Black Friday and the Christmas season due to high demand.

Shipping Partner: We have partnered with FedEx for the reliable delivery of our chairs.

Shipping Locations: We ship to all addresses within the United States, with the exception of Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes, and military/diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) due to carrier restrictions.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email after your order ships. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website's tracking page or directly on the FedEx website.
Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address at checkout. Elevate Chairs is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates "delivered," but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:

Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation.

Check your mailbox, front porch, or any other areas where the package might have been delivered.

Ask neighbors or family members if they have accepted the package on your behalf.
If the package is still missing after 24 hours, please contact us with your order number. If we verify the shipment as "lost," we will send the replacement order or full refund at your discretion.
Order Changes and Cancellations

To modify or cancel an order, you must contact us within 3 hours of placing it.

After this 3-hour window, the fulfillment process begins, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
