Refund policy

At Elevate Chairs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Defective or Damaged Chairs

If your chair arrives broken, damaged, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or videos. Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost and cover all return shipping fees.

Please notify us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind, Preferences, etc.)

If your return is due to reasons other than a product defect—such as a change of mind, colour preference, or the chair not meeting your individual needs—the following conditions apply:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping using a carrier of their choice

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • The chair must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging
  • For defect-related claims, clear photo or video evidence must be provided for review

Non-Returnable Items 

We are unable to accept returns for chairs that have been damaged after delivery.

How to Start a Return

1. Reach Out to Us
Email our support team at care@elevatechairs.com with your

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

2. Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions and the return address.

3. Send the Chair Back

  • Repack the chair securely in its original box
  • Include the RAN inside the package

Refunds

Once your chair arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different chair, please return the original item and place a new order.
