Extended Warranty Policy

At ElevateChairs, every chair includes a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty at no additional cost.

For added peace of mind, customers may purchase a 2-Year or 5-Year Extended Warranty, which increases the total warranty coverage period.

What’s Included

No Additional Cost for Repairs

Under an active extended warranty, there is no additional cost for approved repairs.

This includes:

  • Replacement parts

  • Labor

  • Shipping for covered claims

There are no deductibles or hidden fees.

Coverage Details

Extended warranty coverage begins after the 30-day return period and continues for the full duration of the selected plan.

Covered Components

  • Massage motors and mechanisms

  • Heating system

  • Electrical and control components

  • Chair frame and structural components

  • Defects in materials or workmanship after the manufacturer warranty expires

Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper assembly

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Pre-existing conditions

Claims Process

Filing a claim is simple and hassle-free.

  • Claims can be submitted online or by phone with original order number

  • Most claims are reviewed and approved within minutes

  • Our support team will guide you through the next steps

If Repair Is Not Possible

If repair isn’t possible, we’ll refund the chair price or replace it with a similar model of equal value.

Replacement models may vary slightly in appearance but will be comparable in price and functionality.

Product Eligibility

  • The extended warranty must be purchased:

    • At the time of product purchase, or

    • Within 30 days of the product purchase date

  • Coverage applies only to the original purchaser

  • Extended warranties are non-transferable

  • Pre-existing conditions are not covered

Coverage Duration

  • 2-Year Extended Warranty

     → Total warranty coverage of 2 years

  • 5-Year Extended Warranty

     → Total warranty coverage of 5 years

(The total coverage period includes the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty.)

  • Coverage applies only to products purchased from ElevateChairs or authorized sellers

  • Proof of purchase may be required when submitting a claim
