We have put together answers to some of the most frequently asked questions concerning our goods and services.

1. How do I place an order?

You can order just from our website. Select the chair and go to checkout. After you finish your transaction, you will get an email confirming your order.

2. How long does shipping take?

We offer free shipping! Orders are delivered via FedEx Ground within 5–8 business days.

3. Do you accept bulk or business orders?

Yes, we do. Please contact us for more information or assistance with large-quantity orders.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. We also support digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Venmo, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

5. How can I track my order?

We will send you an email with a tracking number once we ship your chair. You can use this number on our website's tracking page or on the FedEx website to check the status of your package.

6. What is your return policy?

You can return your chair within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in new condition and in its original packaging. For complete details, please refer to our return-refund policy.

7. How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, email our customer service at care@elevatechairs.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with a prepaid return label and instruct you on how to send the chair back.

8.  What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective chair?

If your chair arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will, at your discretion, either send you a new replacement chair or issue a full refund, which will include the cost of return shipping.

9. Do your chairs come with a warranty?

Yes, all of our office chairs are covered by a 5-year warranty.
