1. How do I place an order?

You can order just from our website. Select the chair and go to checkout. After you finish your transaction, you will get an email confirming your order.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping is free and takes 5 to 8 business days.

3. Do you take orders in large quantities or for businesses?

Yes, we do take orders in bulk and for businesses. Please get in touch with us if you need additional information or help with big orders.

4. What kinds of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club and many digital wallets, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Venmo & PayPal. Your information is safe since all transactions are encrypted.

5. Is it possible to trace my order?

We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as we ship out your chair . You can use this number on our track your order page on the website to know the current status of your package.

6. What is your policy on returns?

You can return your chair within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in their original packaging and new condition. For further details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

7. What do I need to do to return something?

To start a return, email our customer service staff at care@elevatechairs.com. Please give your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and guide you on how to send it back.

8. What should I do if I get something that is broken or not working?

Please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order if it is broken or not working. We will send you a new item or refund your money, including the cost of shipping it back.

9. Do you give warranty on your chairs?

Yes, all of our office chairs come with a 5-year warranty.
